This stuff is awesome. The bottle says you can take 40 drops two or three times a day, but I take 30 drops before bed every night and have been having super lucid dreams that go on all night, so that when I wake up, I actually feel like I went on a little 8-hour vacation. The best/worst part about it is that you sleep so well that when you wake up, you're UP. I find that increasing from 20-30 drops kept me asleep 7 hours, whereas 20 drop knocked me out for just four or five hours.
Even better, this stuff won't make you dopey. It's not like taking a swig of Nyquil and passing out. It will make you feel more relaxed and comfortable so that you can sleep, and then when you're asleep, you'll keep that REM sleep a whole lot longer.

I have definitely noticed a difference in the lucidity and vividness of my dreams since beginning the poppy extract drops about 3 months ago. I'm able to recall them more easily and they are more tangible and detailed than they've been in the past. My only downfall is how much of the stuff you have to take in order for it to work. I mix this with my tea (generally damiana) usually in a somewhat high dosage. I put it in the water or milk before I nuke it, that way the alcohol boils out, then steep the tea. I have consistently had the strangest, almost lucid, dreams. Not the most energizing sleep, mind you, but veeery interesting.
