This is the first time I've tried Thieves Dentarome Toothpaste and it is OK and glad that I tried it, because now I know for sure that I like Thieves Dentarome Ultra Toothpaste With Xylitol way better.
Up Date: I would like to add a reason as to why I personally disliked Thieves Dentarome Toothpaste, as opposed to liking Thieves Dentarome Ultra Toothpaste with Xylitol better. The reason is IMHO, Thieves Dentarome Toothpaste taste like Caster Oil. Our parents use to give this stuff as children and we hated it! Still do, so I am NOT saying anything other than, the taste is horrible, which has nothing to do with its effectiveness, ok. Oh, and it is creamy thin, runny, lose, not pasty like Thieves Dentarome Ultra Toothpaste with "Xylitol", which is a paste.
Moreover, Thieves Dentarome Ultra Toothpaste with Xylitol is consistent with their mouthwash, which we use, love and found both to be more palatable.

I have been using this toothpaste for 6 months now, but not as it is intended. A friend introduced me to the idea of using it as a natural deodorant. I have since done that and it works wonderfully. It does tingle or burn a little when it is first applied, especially after I shave under my arms, but that is short-lived and the odor protection lasts all day. I have been very happy with it as deodorant. Try it---you might just like it, too.

If you are looking for an all natural product, this one is a must to try. Since starting to use last year, I have had better gums and teeth that even my dentist has made several comments. I had stopped using it for a year and noticed a huge difference in my mouth. Since starting back on it this past year, but dentist has mentioned several times to me "What are doing...and keep it up!"

I was highly impressed with the Thieves toothpaste. After trying it myself, I was sure that I would have a battle to get my husband to use it (he's a die hard mint guy) and pretty sure the kids wouldn't touch it either. But, I cleared everything else out of the bathroom, and they took to it like magic! My husband was literally disappointed when our last tube was gone and I had to fill in with the other brand. The flavor is definitely different, but it definitely kept our teeth cleaner for much, much longer throughout the day, and was not nearly as abrasive as other brands.
