We use Biofreeze all the time as it seems to work best. We;ve used the gel, which is messy so we went to the roll on and liked that better, now we use both the roll on and the spray. In fact I bought the small bottle of spray and the 16oz bottle to refill the smaller bottle as needed. I too love the pain relief from the gel sample I got from my therapist. However, when I looked at the ingredients in the "new formula" spray gel, I discovered I can't use it. I have a horrible reaction to anything with arnica in it. I hope they don't change all of their products, because I just found it and that's an ingredient I have to avoid. That's the problem with herbal blends. One ingredient and it's off my list. So many companies blend so many ingredients that it's hard to find something I can use. This smells soooooooooooo good! I put just 10 drops in my bath water with some epsom salt and a little baking soda. Feels like it detoxes my whole body! This should last a while but i would definitely order more!

Our family of eight has been using this product for at least two decades. Currently, we dilute it and put it in foaming dispensers for hand washing. A little goes a very long way. Highly recommended!I have used liquid almond scented soaps before and usually LOVE them. This brand is very watery so it squirts all over the place from the pump I use, doesn't have the expected degree of lingering fragrance, and is very overpriced. I will not buy this brand ever again.

I've been hearing rave reviews for CD's products all over forums, and I purchased the 8oz. Healthy Hair Butter for my dry, breaking, relaxed hair from Sephora. It has the consistency of Vaseline and when I applied it to my dried hair after washing, it felt very stiff and heavy. It was hard to comb my hair even with my wide-toothed comb and for a few minutes I regretted getting it thinking it would stay like this. I tied my hair into a loose ponytail, and wrapped it with a satin scarf for 20 minutes. When I removed the scarf my hair was unbelievably SOFT and smooth! It felt incredible. It absorbed very well into the hair. I was able to comb through it easily. It felt silky but slightly greasy, but that may have been my fault for adding too much. This is an excellent all-natural conditioner and it smells fantastic. Like lemons and mint and garden fresh. The only issues I have with it are that it's very heavy, so on relaxed hair apply it sparingly, or it will get greasy and weighty. This will be great for controlling new growth. I think this is a great product for someone who doesn't need a lot of moisturizing. I have very, very dry hair so my only complaint with this product is that it doesn't last all day or night for me. If I put it on my 3c-4a curls in the a.m., by the evening my hair is dry again. And I can't apply it at night, sleep in a cap and just get up and go in the morning. I would have to use more or use another product. But that's just my hair. It works pretty well on my son's hair. I just have to continue my quest for all day moisture!!

The quality seems very good and I like the fact that these are in glass bottles rather than plastic, which can leach harmful chemicals into the product over time. The capsules are a bit hard, not the mushy kind, but I can clearly see and smell the oils inside the semi clear capsules. The capsules smell like fresh fish, which I like, because it's supposed to. I never noticed my stomach giving me problems after taking this. I think that has something to do with the fact these capsules are enteric-coated. I had to return the bottle I received because it had an unpleasant fishy odor and taste. This is not uncommon with fish oil capsules, but in general the better made ones don't have this problem as often. What I don't know is whether I just got a bum bottle or if this is a more general issue with this product.
