I haven't used this for over 10 years but this summer I had severe sinus swelling and pain. I bought the Eucalyptus oil to put on the pad in my Vicks Steam Inhaler when the Vicks on the pad is used up (after about 3 uses). I've taken this exact same fish oil for about a year now and it is definitely my favorite because it has no fishy aftertaste. Well, it usually doesn't. For some reason, this bottle, sold by some secondary merchant called "quality products for better living," DID have the foul aftertaste that no one likes.
