I cant stand the smell of carrot seed oil! On its own it makes my stomach turn but its not too offensive mixed in with other ingredients. I used it in an anti-aging cream recipe. I'll tell you in 10 years or so if it works or not. It is great for pimples! Just hold your nose and dab a little onto the zit. It dries it up in no time. Even mixed into a facial cream it still seems to do the trick on any pipmle that should pop up.

I got this to help w/ wrinkles on my face. I add it to my coconut oil and use it as moisturizer. I've also added to my body lotion to help w/ tanning, not sure it has helped w/ that, but I sure like it for my face. The smell isn't pleasant, but I know it is good for me, so I add other oils to help w/ the smell. lol

I REALLY like this product for the most part, which is why I feel disappointed only being able to give it four stars. Its a great moisturizer. It absorbs quickly, leaves my skin feeling soft, and reduces shine. It also smells great!

As an after-shave product, it reduces the redness, but I find that it has a slight burn, when applied to shaven areas (unfortunately, this is a characteristic of after-shave lotions, as opposed to balms). The burn is very slight, and probably wouldn't occur for those using a razor, with less sensitive skin.

Despite the slight burn, I will continue to use this product as a facial moisturizer for non-shaven areas. I'm going to stick with a balm for the rest.

This is the most soothing after shave lotion I have ever used. I like the texture and the cooling feeling. It comes in a squeezable plastic tube which makes it easy to apply. I hope they keep this product going.

Moroccanoil Body Buff is an excellent product for the shower. I request Moroccanoil to shrink the buff chunks quite a bit as they are too large for massaging into the skin. Besides this, using quite a bit of Moroccanoil Body Buff, adding Moroccanoil Shower Gel to the quantity I am using on that day provides the best experience. The orange scent is lovely and a welcomed addition to the Moroccanoil scent lineup. This product is best used on semi-wet skin, not drenched skin. Using an applicator is best.

I read that peppermint oil would keep ants away. Well I am happy to say this product does! I have never had an issue with ants in our house before. I noticed all along one wall they were everywhere. Little tiny ones. So I sucked what I found up with the vacuum. Only for them to return 2 days later. So I sucked them up again. I made a mixture of equal parts oil and water and sprayed where I saw them. I have not had any ants since and the house smelled great!

We have used Balsam of Peru / Peruvian Balsam in our family for over 50 years. This sap will pull infection out of a cut or scrape, it pulls the sting out of insect bites and relieves itches. When I got this bottle I used it on some spider bites I had gotten and true to history, it provided relief.

My old bottle of Balsam of Peru had dark brown sap in it that would stain anything it came in contact with. We had to always use a bandage with it.

I prefered this new product because the sap is nearly clear and was not as thick in consistancy. I like it so much better. I was able to apply it to my bites and not worry about ruining my new sheets.

This stuff is close to a miracle sap. Everyone should have some in their medicine cabinet.

Peru Balsam reminds me of a vanilla with a little exotic twist that I cant come to describe so easily, it is naturally not a strong smelling essential oil, but that is expected. it is a very good base note to use when you are looking for a light and distinct base note.

This is a very, very good product.

I use it for my girl's tear stains (Cocker Poo-Dog).

Use a little ca. 3-4 drops pure, without (NO) water and rub it gently under the dogs eyes where you usually see the staining (careful to not get into her eyes). Best is when you first clip the hair away with shears that have rounded ends (secure).

After you cleaned the area with "Precious Essentials German Chamomile Blended w/Jojoba " take a Q-Tip with a little warm water , not wet just damp, and take the intensity away. Then take a cotton pad (flat rounds are best)and completely dry it (essential). Than dip your pinky finger in some Johnson's Baby Powder, Pure Cornstarch (important), Lavender & Chamomile, 15 oz. by Johnson & Johnson and press gently onto the area--leave it like that (not in eyes-don't get the powder too close). You are done. Do this twice a day and soon your dog's tear stains will be gone. Sounds a lot , but it's actually not more than 5 minutes.

Let me know what you think. This is cheaper and better (more efficient) than all the tear stain remover products.

I've traveled all over the world with this product for several years now, and used it many times on myself or members of my family, including my young daughter. Ok, so I just go this today after reading somewhere else. A little background, I just got a sew in 2 weeks ago while I'm exercising and letting my hair rest. I haven't had a perm since July, it's now February. I'm not going natural, I just wanted to ease up on the frequency, which my new stylist said was too long for me to go. Anyhoo, just giving details because I hate when people leave reviews with no info on their hair type. But needless to say my edges are rough! Lol. For years off and on when I needed something to lay edges down I would use Eq Glaze. But when I use that I have to put a little water on and then tie up for a little while, like while in shower. It works for the day, but the next day I have to re-do it. Now with the sew in that's not really as possible, especially if I have flexi rods in. This stuff works pretty good. Where my hair is longer it seemed to raise a little bit, but still pretty good. My stylist said use the glaze due to its moisture. I've read too many people's reviews on the edge control and how it took their edges out! No thanks. Well I've rambled enough. Hope I helped. Worth the purchase. On sale at Sally's for $3.99 regular price $4.99 I will come back in a month or so for a update.
