I was told to put lemongrass essential oil on the dogs for fleas. Did not work at all. The oil was okay just not my cup of tea, I didn't not like the smell of it.

I love the fragrance of this. I don't use it as a room spray but always use it on my sheets and pillowcases after I take them out of the dryer and fold them. I got this as an add on item on a whim and I am so glad I did. It's amazing. I sprayed it in the direction of my corduroy couch and if I sit down and close my eyes I can imagine that I'm standing in the middle of lines of fresh sheets flapping in the breeze at the beach. You know how when you see a bunch of five star reviews and you get your expectations up but when you get the items its just meh? Not in this case. I'm happier with this add on item then I am with my main order of fancy French soap I purchased. If you're looking for a soft scent to freshen up a room, you won't be sorry with this.

I started using Dr.Teal's lavender Epsom salts and fell in love. But after awhile I got tired of the lavender scentI still use it but switch the scents up. I love bath and body works line of stress relief eucalyptus and spearmint. The soaps and pillow sprays are amazing so I was excited when I found Dr. Teals eucalyptus salts. I put almost 2 cups in my bath, get my book and soak for 20-40 minutes 1-3 times a week. It relaxes and refreshes me, my aches from standing on my feet as a young nurse ease up, my skin is softer and it detoxes me. How do I know it detoxes me? I take a quick shower first with soap and shampoo my hair, then draw the bath with salts. You will see or feel a ring in the bath if toxins were pulled out by the magnesium properties in the salt. I always sleep better after a warm bath, but I sleep even better when using any of Dr. Teal's salts. If you are worried about the salt price, mix 1 cup of dr teals and 1 cup of regular Epsom salt that is VERY cheap. A friend told me that trick and it works. I wanted a good quality epsom salt to soak in when I am sore from running. This one seemed to fit the bill with eucalyptus which is supposed to have a gentle smell, but is still considered effective for massage purposes. The salt does a good job of soothing sore muscles, no doubt about that. However, the strong sort-of-cheap fragrance is simply overwhelming. I had read other people's reviews in advance so I deliberately used much less than the recommended quantity (used only 1 small cup), even then the smell filled the bathroom and our bedroom. Compared to buying locally this is a great deal. I have been using this as a foot soak and it works very well to soften my feet. This stuff is AMAZING!!! Feels totally clean but somehow doesn't strip my skin of it's oils. I rarely even moisturize anymore. These people have figured out how to match different natural elements and come up with hands down the best soap I've ever used. I was expecting this soap to smell like something I might want to eat but it was just smelly. It smelled like the oils in it had gone a bit rancid. So instead of using it for bathing I will use it as a stain remover for the laundry. Not only does this delicates wash smell lovely, but it is very concentrated. I wash virtually all my hand-washables with this and still replenish only every 6 months or so. I appreciated the redesign of the label on the back of the bottle, with instructions on how much to use and how to wash particular items. I also like that it's not full of chemicals and "has been tested on Gwen and Lindsey and not on animals." That sentiment shows not only conscience on the part of the creators of The Laundress, but also a sense of girlfriend-like humor. They value the investment in clothing, making it last by treating it well, and using one's own elbow grease to do it. This scent is very strong and much too perfumey for me. I have to let it dry in another bathroom that I don't use. I've tried rinsing it several times in cold water but can't get the smell out. I was disappointed to find this scent very "perfumey" BUT it did not linger on the handwashed and airdried garments. I might buy this again if I do not find an equally effective and gentle wash for my lingerie which has a softer and more natural fragrance that is more appealing to me. If you don't mind strong scents while you are using a wash product, you definitely should try this. And I think even if you prefer softer fragrances, this is worth a try, as I think that you probably will find it takes nice, gentle care of your delicates.

I bought this oil to be part of a daily facial serum that I use. Carrot Seed Oil is good for the skin and has a high SPF. I mixed this in a base of jojoba and sweet almond oil, then added raspberry seed, lavender, and tea tree oils. I've been out in the sun quite a bit with it and have found the mix to be a good sunscreen as well as daily moisturizer. It does have an intense earthy smell (as do all carrot seed oils). I got my lavender and tea tree essential oil from a different company, but after trying this, I may try other products by Nature's Kiss.I am a certified aroma therapist & use a lot of EO's for my line of products. I have found that Natures Kiss is an excellent quality, fresh & the scents are truly original. I have directed my purchases toward this company due to freshness of his EO's he offers. Never rancid or oiled down & have a longer shelf life than my Aura Cacias, Edens Garden & Now products.....I have bought a few to start with & would like to move to purchasing bulk. I'm highly pleased!!carrot seed oil, heard was great to stop aging, and cellulite..but it smells very strong. people described it as earthy, but i think its stronger than just earthy. so i dont blend it into my face blend daily, because im not a fan of the smell. but i do try to rub it into my thighs. Honestly its a small price to pay if it ends up getting rid of stretch marks, cellulite etc. use one drop in the blend! no more. you will notice the smell.I recently purchased this oil to mix into a skin cream that I make. I love the difference it has made and I plan to add it to several other creams that I make. I am an adult who spends the whole day in a wheelchair. Sitting in the chair causes sweat to build up in certain areas where there are folds in the skin. These areas soon become red and irritated and sometimes even cause infection. This cream not only quickly heals the sore, inflamed areas, but it also leaves my skin very soft.
