I don't know how healthy product is since I only used it a few times. At that point I read product label and found out it needs to be refrigerated at all times. It was not shipped that way to me. I called Spectrum up to ask about this issue. They told me product did need to be refrigerated, otherwise product breaks down and nutritional value is lost. This is a great oil, suggested by my doctor, for brain and stomach health. The flavor is ok, I find it better mixed in flavorful meals, like herb dip, or mixed with olive oil for improved flavor. This can not be Rosemary. The worst smelling Rosemary I have ever smelt. I am used to Rosemary having a bit of sweetness to it. This one is pure high note tart. This oil smells like rosemary out of the bottle although the scent is more complex and has more of slightly nasty type of wood scent as well. If you place the oil on your skin the "rosemary" scent disappears after a bit (15 minutes) and you are left with this musty, wood smell that was only slightly pungent before. Overall though the oil smells like rosemary and if you dont use it on your skin it smells great.
