This is an excellent product, but be forewarned: It has a **very** intense smell as it is derived from Eucalyptus globulus (common name "Blue Gum," a tree native to Tasmania). The properties of oils from the E. globulus are far stronger than oils from the E. citriodora or E. radiata, the varieties most of us are used to. Perhaps this accounts for the differences in smell noticed by other customers. However, E. globulus is a far more potent variety than the others and provides superior medicinal and therapeutic results as well. As NOW Foods Organic Eucalyptus Oil is a food-grade product, I am comfortable using this in cleaning mixtures for food-preparation surfaces in my kitchen. I love eucalyptus oil and have many uses for it. This product, however, has a smell underneath the eucalyptus which makes it most unpleasant. I will either return it or throw it out! I remember reading the previous review (by WomanoftheWorld) about its unworldly odor but since it was only one review I ignored it. I make my own hair products for my natural hair. I researched the benefits that eucalyptus oil had on the scalp and hair and decided to add it to some of my hair butters and gels. The smell is strong; however, I don't find it offensive. It may depend on how you intend to use it but the smell goes away once my hair dries. I've even been asked what I was wearing because I smelled so good. I feel like my hair an scalp are improving and I will continue to purchase my essential oils from NOW Foods.

I am ordering my third jar of this moisturizer. It does leave a stickiness to your face, therefore, I can't use it in the morning. I use it every night after removing makeup and before going to bed. My husband just asked me why I was looking younger and said it must be the "magic potion" in a jar I have been using. I am 51 but am constantly told I could pass for early 40's. Used it a few times. Very thick, which is good, but strange smell and odor. Actually stopped by their counter at Nordstroms and was told color and odor is the result of all the vitamins . the cream feels nice, it's very hydrating (I have very, very dry skin), it's a bit heavy and leaves my skin feeling a bit sticky after. it goes away after awhile but it takes a couple of hours...it also has a weird smell which I don't really like but I don't seem to notice it during the day. my skin was very dry and flaky before I got this cream and it seems to have helped.

This product is great for a powder room. I love the smell fresh, but not fruity at all. The scents are very nice at first but after about a week of having opened them they lose most of there power. I kept the bottles closed and even have tried shaking them thinking the scent might have seperated out but it has not helped regain the scent. The first week I only had to use a few drops but after a month i have to put about 15 in. These salts really don't smell like lavender and are not powerful enough to scent the tub. The salts themselves are quite large and take a very long time to dissolve, often they don't dissolve by the end of the bath. There also appear to be pieces of sand or small rocks in here. this actually end up being only enough for 6 or 7 baths which suprised me. I take a relaxing bath with this stuff, and then i shower, because it leaves the little tiny crystals on your skin all over. i would not recommend this product, and i will not buy it again
