I love this diffuser. It takes less oil than some of the cheaper diffusers. When you consider how expensive oil is, it is really worth the extra investment to get a good diffuser. It takes 3-6 drops. You can set it for 1 hour or up to 9. The oil will be fully used w/e setting you use. The 9 hour settings is 15 seconds on and 2 minutes off. It is the weakest of all of the settings. It's quiet, but does make a very faint buzzing sound and you can hear the water dripping. It's barely noticeable. The blue light does turn off. It's very easy to fill and clean.

The Air Scense orange spray is by far the best air freshener we've found. It doesn't give me headaches like most artificial fragrances, and it's very powerful. We are quite pleased by how long it lasts; it does last for several thousand sprays as claimed on the bottle.

Of the various fragrances available from the company, we've tried orange, vanilla, and lime. Vanilla is a little weak, so expect to spray several times. Lime is awesome, but orange is definitely the most powerful.

2/1/2011 Air Scense Orange Spray

This air freshener, in my opinion, is the best on the market! I have many allergies. Plus, I have pets. When one has pets, there is a frequent need for air fresheners, as I am sure pet owners know. I have tried countless air fresheners, candles, carpet powders and so on. I am allergic to all of them. Most fragrances on the market these days have soybean products for their base. I am extremely allergic to Soybean. This orange fragrance does not aggravate my allergies at all and lasts a while, seemingly, longer than the other sprays. It smells like fresh oranges. It is strong so only a quick spray or two fills the room and clears the air. IF YOU HAVE PROBLEMS WITH ORANGES, TRY THE VANILLA as it is also delightful and I have no problems with my allergies because of it. I simply prefer the orange fragrance. I love the Lime, also.

I especially use this spray to spray on the puppy pads after one of my small dogs has answered nature's call. Since they create such small areas of urine, it is not economical to just toss it into the trash. However, the smell is still noticeable. I spray the spot with this product and you cannot detect the smell later. I don't think this would work with medium sized to large dogs, however.

I also have a Canary. I do not use this in the room with the Canary as they can be killed so easily by odors of many kinds. I don't know that this would actually harm him but I won't take the chance. This is my only caveat.

I highly recommend this product.

My stomach has bothered me for a few years and there was an urgency that couldn't be denied. Finally I read an article on Irritable Bowel Syndrome that fit my symptoms to a T. Not long ago CNN had an article about low cost treatments for IBS. The thing they said worked the best (behind psyllium fiber and a cheap drug) was peppermint oil but it needed more research. I do like these pills. I've been taking them for about a week now, and I feel great now. No abdominal cramps. My IBS is now in control. However, if you don't take it on a completely empty stomach, it can give you indigestion. Really bad indigestion. I ended up burping peppermint for hours, and it was painful heartburn. Since my stomach is hardly ever empty, I just take a pepcid along with it and it works out fine. For anyone with IBS, I would recommend this.

If you suffer from IBS, you really should try these.

They help relieve the Bloating, cramps and gas that i have suffered with for years.

the recomendation is to take these on an empty stomach, i find they work best with a very light snack, usually 2 or 3 crackers about 1/2 hour before lunch

You can find several simular items out ther, BUT not as high a quality as Heathers.

many of the other brands will disolve in the stomache instead of the intestines where it does the most good.

Heathers has a couting that delays them from disolving until they are where they can do the most good

Do yourself a favor, buy this product

This works fine, but it's not as good of quality as higher brands like Josie Maran. It also STINKS considerably more than any argan oil I've purchased before. If you're going to wash it off in the morning, it's probably fine, but for someone like me who showers at night & puts this stuff in their hair, the stink and reduced quality really make it worth splurging on the more expensive brands.

I am normally very sensitive to the smell of perfumes and essential oils. They actually give me a headache. But the blend of this one is just right and I love it. It is pretty cool how ground up chia expands when you add water to it. It really sucks up the water so you have to add more than you would think. I can see how the weird consistency it forms might seem unappealing to some, however if you are just adding a small amount mixed into hot cereal or something else, this shouldn't be a problem. (Because of this they say that you have to be careful about water ratios when adding chia to baked goods. I haven't tried that yet)

I have been adding a small bit of this along with some ground flax seed into my oatmeal, and I haven't noticed a superman surge of energy or anything. But I have been regularly eating flaxseed & many other healthy "superfoods" every day for a while, so it is hard to say for sure about the effects of any one food alone.

The taste is fine. It is nothing spectacular, but nothing offensive either. Of course, I have no problem eating plain oatmeal, oat bran, wheat bran, flax seed, etc; (Sometimes I use ground cinnamon and/or alcohol free vanilla bean extract in my hot cereals. I think it is a pretty yummy alternative to adding tons of sugar, if you are trying to cut back.)
