I'm very happy with this product so far. I need extra Omega 3 to help fight my acne of 20 years. This product does not taste bad and does not really have any after taste and is easy to use. I have been taking this to help improve my acne as skin can be affected if not having enough Omega 3 and to much Omega 6 & 9. Do not take Omega 6 & 9 if you have acne!!! You need extra Omega 3 as your body can not make it! So this was the prefect choice for me. I have been using this along with hymilian pink sea salt w/ water on mny face to kill acne bacteria and drink it 2x a week and OPC factor 3 x a week and my skin has improved about 80 -90% in just 2 weeks. Ok, personally, I could barely taste this lemon-flavored oil it was not yucky at all for me AND I took it straight (14 drops onto a spoon with no water or anything). I got the short end of the stick when it came to dental health genetics. I'm 28 years old & I've had THREE root canals in the last 5 years. Believe me, it is not for lack of personal hygiene! I've been brushing 3 times per day, flossing twice per day & using Listerine Total Care w/ fluoride (in addition to PerioGuard, a Rx mouthwash) for years! However, I've still continuously needed scaling procedures at my (now)quarterly cleanings. I've also had antibiotic powders injected into the pockets of my gums that pre-periodontal disease has provided.

How did I stumble upon this product? Well, recently I've read up on raw vegan diets, & have always appreciated 'natural' or 'holistic' remedies for different ailments, where I discovered this alternative product! It just never felt right to me that they always wanted to push more pharmaceuticals into my mouth. There are, after all, people living in third world countries that have never even brushed their teeth that have mouths in better condition than mine. I know this product is not completely 'natural' & may not be up to the standards of the purest of granolas. Yes, there are some chemical ingredients. In my opinion, this is besides the point because I needed a SOLUTION! I've put a lot of hours into caring for my teeth & it wasn't getting me anywhere. I've been thoroughly frustrated that every "new" tube of toothpaste, cleaning gadget, high tech dental floss and Rx mouthwash was one more dead end.

Thank goodness I found this toothpaste!! I used it for 1 month before my next cleaning/pre-periodontal maintenance exam. I stopped using my water pik, but continued to floss twice daily. I also began using the fluoride mouthwash only at night (hoping to be able to maintain my teeth & gums like a normal person).

Well, my appointment was yesterday, and I'm very happy to announce that IT WORKED!! I didn't require any scaling, I had MUCH less staining than usual, there were no 5mm pockets, no redness, no bleeding, no need for antibiotic powders, no painful sub-gingival scaling or prescription mouthwashes!! And best of all NO out-of-pocket expenses that my insurance won't cover! HOORAY!!

I brought the tube with me to show the hygienist, she said she's recommended Tea Tree Oil for patients in the past & saw about 50% with positive results.

It's worth the $$ to see if it will work for you. Give it a shot!

I bought this stuff on a whim I was at college and I had left my other tube back at home over a break. I was intrigued by the baking soda base and the lack of fluoride.

Not expecting anything too incredible, I gave it a try. It doesn't have that gel-like, spreadable texture like the Crest with Scope I was using it's thinner and kinda clumpy. Also didn't have that strong taste, either. Then I rinsed out. I could believe it! It felt like somebody had waxed my teeth!! They were super smooth and almost slippery. Moreover, there was no strong, lingering taste in my mouth.

Over a few months of use, I've found that it really kills bad breath a lot better and like other people have said, my gums seem healthier and more elastic. Most importantly, it really gets my teeth clean. After brushing, every surface feels smooth and slippery cleaner than when leaving the dentist office (no kidding!).

At my bi-annual dentist visit, the hygienist commented on the cleanliness of my teeth, only having to scrape a little calculus from between the teeth. Prior to this, almost without exception, she would bring up the plaque buildup on the back molars or lower front teeth.

I switched back to my old stuff for a few weeks and sure enough, no matter how hard I brushed I couldn't get that same super clean feeling. Despite thorough brushing, I could feel the crud building back up every day.

I love this stuff, it makes my teeth and mouth feel great and my dentist always gives me good marks. The taste reminds me of black licorice, which I really like, but may not appeal to everybody. It only takes a pea-sized dab on your brush and you have a mouthful of healthy, clean-your-breath foam so even if it costs more per tube than some of the other commercial brands, it actually lasts me longer because I use such a small amount each time.

This sugar scrub is amazing! I use this after I shave my legs to really smooth them up. My legs stay smooth at least 24 hours longer. I find myself testing to see if I can feel hair growth or not! The olive oil really makes my legs extra soft.
