Just the smell of this product alone had me hooked. It smells sooooooo good and it lingers in your hair for a long time which is a very good thing. I have natural curly/coily/kinky hair (I have a few different textures) and I used this on top of my moisturizer and styler/gel for a twist out. My twist out has never looked this good. The curls were very defined and clump together and NO FRIZZ. Love this stuff!

So far I've really liked all the new chapter vitamins. I have no complaints. And I like that the fish oil comes from wild salmon and nothing farm raised. It recommends to take 2 twice a day. On the days that I forget to take the first two and take four at once I will get heartburn but that comes with being 37 wks preggo. I admit, I'm a big baby when it comes to taking medication. I hate trying to swallow large pills, even if they are gel caps. Finding a fish oil supplement is hard because they are all sold as large pills. These Wholemega Easy caps are perfect. They are slightly less in length than a penny (of course, not as wide). The only downside is that you have to take four a day because they are smaller. Not a problem for me though. I also take these with Zyflamend to keep my arthritis in check.

These facial pads are great for scrubbing off the day's dirt and oil from your face and feeling nice and refreshed. I bought this along with desert essence face wash and moisturizer. I do not recommend this product if you have sensitive skin. The texture of the pads isn't the problem, it's the smell. The smell is incredibly strong and can burn your eyes. BUT, it works pretty well. In the instructions, it says to rinse after using it. That was a bit hard to do because of the smell. I found myself rushing to rinse my face off. SO, i solved the problem by only cleansing small portions of my face at a time with the pad, then immediately rinsing it off with a wash cloth. This product takes a little getting used to, so i recommend getting the desert essence moisturizer(i rated it 5 stars) along with it. Have been using Air Therapy for more years than I can remember. After moving to Ohio, couldn't get the lime scent, so ordered through Amazon. Orange and lime are both great, but lime seems to be more healing for me. It can knock down even putrid cigarette odors from your neighbors apt. Only demerit is the can amount doesn't last as long as I'd like, but then it's not chemically enhanced producing a fake, lingering odor. I will always use this product because it takes me happy places. I have been using the orange for years. Thought I would try the key lime. I received a sample of this Air Freshener a couple of years ago. It's fresh citrus scent is light, effective and real. It isn't wet nor "synthesized" like most grocery store air fresheners. I use the citrus in the bathroom and also bought the lavender scent as it is my favorite for calming at bedtime or sleepless nights. This is a great moisturizer. It smooths on easily and absorbs quickly. It leaves a nice coating. My skin is unhappy with the cold outside and the dry heat inside. This product helps my skin retain moisture and is very calming and soothing without being heavy and greasy. I have had no breakouts or other adverse reactions. Good hygienic pump container.This cream is beyond awful. It's really greasy, takes forever to be absorbed into the skin and smells very weird.
