All of the Aura Cacia Essential Oils that I've tried are useful in my practice of aromatherapy. The nutmeg EO is no exception. Very reasonably priced I might add.Hmmm. This does not smell at all like nutmeg, so in that respect it was disappointing. It does smell like cloves, however.
