I have tried almost everything out there and this is one of the few products that controlled yeast infections and Candida overgrowth. Yes, it's expensive but I'm happy to pay that cost to prevent uncomfortable yeast overgrowth. Note, it takes a good week or so for the product to start alleviating symptoms.I have suffered from Candida overgrowth off and on probably my whole life. When I do, I suffer with depression, bloat, spastic bowels, food sensitivities (which now remain constant), etc. (Read the GAPS diet, you will be shown the connection between Candida, food sensitivities, etc.) When I take this Yeast Formula I can feel the depression lift within hours, and the bloat begin to subside as well. With regular use it only gets better. Sometimes I quit taking them because the symptoms have subsided or I'm lazy or am trying to save the money... but in the end I always regret it. Also, I learned the "hard" way to follow the instructions which tell you to take this between meals. I've tried them on an empty stomach first thing in the morning... well, a few hours later... I'll spare you the details.
