I orderd Vetiver essential oil & after opening the bottle discoverd the oil would not dispense as it was either to thick or the dropper was damaged. In good faith I returned the product for a refund only to be told they would not issue a refund because I had opened it. This policy is unfair as the problem was not something I would know with-out opening the oil. An expensive & unpleasant experience with Nutricity! I would have been pleased if they had offerd a replacement!

The oil has a very relaxing woody,earthen fragrance. I use it to lull myself to sleep night after a warm bath. A little on each elbow and wrist and I'm out like a light! It's well worth trying and a little goes a long way.
