After trying so many types (from Loreal to Bumble and Bumble), I was given a sample size of this to try. Hurrah! I first purchased this to repair hair damaged from a flat iron. It did a great job within a few treatments. Living in the south and dealing with high humidity-induced frizzy hair, I decided to continue using the product through the hot summer months.! This conditioner has been a lifesaver! Once every few weeks I leave it on for about an hour and then rinse. In between deep conditioning, I use it every time I shampoo. It conditions without being too heavy and weighing down the hair. In the drier winter months, it gives lots of body without feeling too greasy. The only complain I would have is the packaging. The design of the tube makes it harder to get out the last ounce or so. There have been times I've cut the tube at the end in order to use up every bit of the conditioner.
