These are pricey for fish oil, but I've been taking them for over a year now and my hair has grown out longer and thicker than it has since I was a kid. It is less brittle and less prone to breakage. I take 6 every night before bed.

I love these fish oil caplets because they don't make me have fish burps. All other fish oil caps I've tried leave me with gross-tasting burps that lead me to stop taking them. I have already gone through a whole bottle of these, and I still take them every morning. If I do happen to burp, it tastes like lemon, not like fish.

I like these because I know they are free of contaminants. I am skeptical of other fish oil that say they are free of metals but not molecularly distilled.

This is my first time taking Omega-3. I am very happy with this product. It is easy to swallow and I have never had a problem with "fishy" burps. I can't report about chewing it, but it is easy to swallow.
