This company has good essential oil products, which is saying a lot. We bought this one to add to a colds and flu blend for our young grand children who pick up a lot of URI's at day care. This essential oil helps break up mucous and must be used sparingly in a blend, 1 or 2 drops in 1 tablespoon. When mixed with other oils such as tea tree, ravensara, spike lavender and eucalyptus,
it helps knock out viral colds, and helps prevent secondary infections. We put our essential oil blends ( a few drops at a time) on a felt pad, in a "Vicks" humidifier, and this really helps when the kids are sick.
