Just tried this for the first time last night, and am very pleased! As long as you apply it to healthy skin (with no open sores or unhealed cracking), don't spread it thin, and allow it to dry completely, you should have no problem peeling it off that goes for any peel-off mask. I also didn't find it to be any more painful than every other peel-off mask I've used. Anything that latches onto that peach fuzz on your face is going to hurt a bit to pull off. It has a nice fresh smell and, most importantly, does a great job of removing those tiny bits of dead skin that cause my skin to feel rough. My skin feels nice and smooth even still, now a day after using it.

First off, this smells GREAT!It's cruelty free and vegan! Yay!It is clear, and thick. When I first put it on, I used the thinnest of thin layers.... Nope. It was hard to peel off and hurt! So, I decided to try it on thicker. And it was perfect! My skin felt cool, nourished, and moist! Ah... I love this! I got this BECAUSE it said ALL ORGANIC. The first 5 ingredients are water, SD Alcohol 40-B, Polyvinyl Alcohol, Glycolic Acid, and Glycerin. While there ARE several fruit extracts following, there's also Propylene Glycol, Polysorbate 20, Methylisothiazolinone and fagrance. The label doesn't even say anything about organic or no animal testing. Aloe and Cucumber are way down near the bottom of the list. This product is not easy to peel off. The main point of a mask like this is to be able to peel it off. I guess I'll just stick with my regular clay mask. It did smell good but to remove from my face, I had to wash it off with a cloth. I read the directions and tried it twice, but alas, the mask just wouldn't peel off.
