I have used this product for quite a while now. It is perfect to stop puffiness on eye lids and under eyes. It is not great for fine lines, but it does wonders to prevent puffiness. (I am still looking for a good product for fine lines on my cheekbones by my eyes have tried a number of them now.) However, I know this one works for puffiness because if I stop using it for a couple days, my eyes get their pink puffy look back. Also, you do not have to use very much of the product for it to do its job. I little bottle lasts me about 6 months. I use it twice a day after washing my face.

Not the same feel as ordered last time. The solution that I received was thick, darker brown and gooey. I've been using this for years and its never looked like this!
