My hair would grow then break off. So bought the pills so I could see how fast my hair would grow healthy without breaking off. Before, I had a lot of shedding on the floor, on the back of my shirt, on the bathroom sink, on my pillow, etc. I do not have this problem any longer! I am not just saying this but it feels as if each time I wash my hair, it is longer each time I finish blow drying it! I love it! Oh, I now have to cut my nails weekly because they grow out so fast. This product to me was worth the money! My length now is at the top of the arm pit. I no longer where wigs. I now mainly cowash (conditioner only wash) my hair every 2 days and shampoo/deep conditioner twice a month. I only blow dry my hair and use low heat to flat iron it after my wash days so it can get straight. I use satin rollers to give a roller wrap look daily. I believe this regimen and the vitamins are helping my hair to stay healthy. I can now where a high pony tail and the tail is at my shoulder. Sorry this is long but I wanted to help anyone who may have felt like I felt a few months ago with the shedding. Youtube hair journey postings helped me a lot as well. Good luck sista's! April 2013 update: I should add one thing here....my face did not break out. I began using other products that worked as well however I had major acne which I did not have before or have when I used this product. My hair grew from shoulder length to arm pit length and then I chopped it all off. I will purchase this product today to get my hair the way I had it.

I have been using fast grow for about a month now and my hair hair has grown out a lot since using it. I have to admit I thought the vitamins wouldn't work and that I would be wasting my money on another product that claims to grow black hair and doesn't but this product really does work. I starting using it after a bad and way too short haircut that was suppose to be just a little trim for split ends. My hair has not only grown back in a month but is longer than it was before. Like many, I am reluctant when hearing that a product can grow, clear, tighten or reduce anything. I was proven wrong with this product. I had about a snap's worth of hair and decided that I wanted to grow it out in November 2007. Knowing me, if I don't grow it out fast, I'll cut it off even faster. So I started taking this product almost two months ago. Now I'm not saying I have hair flowing down my back, but my hair has easily grown two inches or more since November. I have used this product for four months now and it has really grown my hair. Before I started using this product my hair was a little past my shoulder and now my hair is down the middle of my back.

When taking the pills, you really have to drink lots for water, for every pill you take you must drink two 6 to 8oz. glass of water totaling six ounces of water. That means when you take the morning pill, you would have to drink two full glasses of water, when you take the afternoon pill, you would have to drink another two full glasses of water and the last pill at night also calls for two full glasses of water.

I really like these pills, it works especially when you take it just as I have instructed above and you will see the results. Now that my hair length is where I want it, instead of taking the pills three times a day, I take the pill once a day with two full 6oz. glass of water and it stills has the seem effects to grow the hair, especially if you have taken it for 45days as it indicates as that is when you will actually see the results even though you will begin to see your hair growing right at one and a half to two weeks.

I did alot of research before buying these pills and I must say I was very pleased. The only reason I gave it a 4 rating is because you have to take 3 pills a day and I tend to forget. I've used these pills for 30 days and probably within the first 2 weeks I saw noticable growth in my roots. 30 days later I have 2 inches of new growth (yes I measured)..and I have to keep cutting my nails cuz they are growing so long.
