I absolutely love this oil! It did the job. I just gave birth to my son 17 days ago & I will say I was extremely skeptical. I had purchased this product in my first trimester. However, I didn't begin using it until my 2nd trimester. I am so grateful I did! I noticed in my 3rd trimester that I had red marks across my belly & thought for certain I would have stretch marks after the birth of my son. I continued using the product faithfully at night before I went to bed. I put it anywhere my skin was stretching. My legs, thighs, arms, breasts, lower back, & of course my abdomen. I just delivered my son 17 days ago & I do not have any stretch marks across my belly. I have just began using it once again, in the evening, to help with the elasticity of my skin as I begin to shrink in size! Over all, I highly recommend this product & it is well worth the money I spent. I had purchased my first bottle at the mall & paid $10 more for that bottle. I made my 2nd purchase on Amazon & glad I did. I saved some money. This is well worth making the investment & I recommend you buy in larger quantities so you don't run out in the middle of your pregnancy!

Around the time I was 4 months pregnant, I started getting nervous about stretch marks. I saw this product and was was, admittedly, wooed by the celebrity endorsements. I bought a bottle and decided to give it a go. This oil absorbs fairly quickly, but I always gave a few minutes after applying to allow it to soak into my skin. It has a light, pleasant odor and softens skin. It really helped with the itchiness. I recently ran out and got a different brand (mama mio) and have noticed an increase in itchiness I'm thinking of picking up another bottle of Basq.Only time will tell if this actually keeps the stretch marks at bay, but it sure does soften the skin.
