First, let me say right off, I love Bellmira Herbaflor Herbal Bath products. I first used the Peppermint at Sylvia Beach Hotel probably 20 years ago and could only find it at their gift shop for several years. Then I found it in Portland at German store, then by telephone from a distributor in Seattle, then finally on-line where I've been purchasing it from a small number of vendors over the years. That's all to say, it hasn't been easy to find over the years and when I find it, I usually buy more than one bottle. I was delighted to find it on Amazon. I ordered two bottles of my favorite, Eucalyptus and one of Peppermint. The eucalyptus was being shipped by Amazon and the Peppermint was sold and shipped by Michael Austin (DoWriteMike). I'm not sure why two different shippers, but was so glad to have found the product I didn't care.
Around March 23rd, I received both products on-time, and opened the boxes. The Eucalyptus, from Amazon was tightly shrink wrapped and arrived in perfect order. The Peppermint was loosely wrapped in bubble wrap, which was Scotch-taped together. While there was no evidence of leakage, and there seemed to be nothing spilled on the outside of the bottle or in the packaging, the bottle was only 2/3's full. It obviously had been opened. I took a photograph, went to my computer and e-mailed Amazon through my Amazon account, because I had no information about the shipper and I originally placed the order through Amazon. There was an option of inserting a photo, which I did. I said that I didn't want to go to the expense of returning the product, and asked how to proceed. I got no response. After a week or so, I repeated the process. I still got no response.
So, I'm left with the Peppermint remaining unopened on my counter-top, where it has been since I unwrapped it, and the Eucalyptus half gone. I won't use the Peppermint, and for me to have to re pack it and find someone to ship it for me (I'm disabled and do not have ready transportation)as well as pay to ship it back isn't worth the trouble. That's why I'm writing this review. It seemed the only way to get anyone's attention. I'm copying what I've written. I assume they will only print the first paragraph.

I was so glad to find the peppermint herbal bath available and so easy to obtain!I am looking forward to using the mint bath in the summer!I discovered Bellmira Herbaflor Pepperminit Bath on the internet four years ago. I've been hooked since then. This is one of the bath products that got me out of the shower and back into the tub. It's the most soothing and energizing bath experience. I can't wait for weekends and holidays to sit and soak for a long while. This product doesn't have a faint hint of peppermint oil, it's infused with peppermint oil. You'll only need a capful in your bath to feel the effects of this product and if you are a bubble lover, you'll really like this product.

Used to get this for my girlfriend for bubble baths. She loves the smell; it's very pungent. You can smell this in the next room, but it's not a bad smell, it's fairly soothing. Bought it because it seemed all-natural and free of artificial colors (as it advertises on the label) however, i noticed that unfortunately it contains at least one paraben, and SLS. We try to buy peronal care products that are free of those ingredients, among many others so we won't be getting this one anymore. Other than that, this is a great product to use for bubble baths, it produces lots of foam & bubbles. There are other organic bubble baths to be found on amazon, just have to look for them.
