It has everything you need,except for Vit K,which is the only minus..No unnecessary iron,B-complex + the whole Alphabet of other stuff,and some fish oil..Kinda pricey,but you get what you pay for...Been taking this for 10 years now,love the energy and the way they make me feel,and this is definitely the cheapest place to get them...

I also liked the idea and convenience of combining both Fish oil & Multivitamins in one capsule, but nobody here warned about really strong fishy smell that those capsules have, so be aware.

I did call Carlson's customer service, and they confirmed that it is OK, the product does have fish smell, so unless the gels are sticking together, it's safe to use.

Carlsons did a good job of combining both Fish oil & Multivitamins in one capsule. The capsule are slightly big in size & might be a tad too big for those who have difficulty swallowing. However, once you get used to it, it becomes second nature. I used to take 1 capsule, each, for Fish oil & multivitamins. But now, this wonder pill has combined it into one. The quality of the capsule is great because I never get any smelly/fishy burps which I used to get when I was taking the other fish oil capsules. However, the EPA & DHA content is very slightly lower than most of the other fish oils which are sold separately. The only problem I have with this is that I got pimples when I first started taking this capsule. I guess, my body took time to adjust to new medication. Overall, however, I am extremely satisfied with this product.
