I am trying to find a source for Tiare gardenia essential oil or absolute oil. At this point, I'll even take a bunch of blossoms and make an absolute oil myself!!! This scent is very floral, and almost soapy smelling, reminding me of how I used to sniff all my grandmother's little flower-shaped floral soaps whenever I would visit. However, I mixed it with another gardenia oil I got that was a bit too synthetic smelling like a tropical car air freshener, and between the two of them, it's close enough I can use it for now. NOTE: It just takes a drop or two, to scent 4-8 oz. It is a VERY strong scent, not weak like some I've tried -if you use too much it will be overpowering. It's a nice floral smell --it's just not quite what I was hoping for. It would work well in combination with other floral scents like jasmine or rose.This came very quickly and intact with no leaking which is hard to get with oils. It smells exactly like Gardenias and I love it! :)
