I am sure this product is a good one, I see no difference, but I only gave it a three because you need to take three capsules per serving. I tried figuring this out before I bought it but could not find the serving size anywhere. It's kinda irritating thinking you have three months worth, only to find out after you bought it that it's only one months supply.
