The description of these gummies clearly states that the omega is derived from plant source...a handful of times. My kids really like these. I tried them too, and found that these don't have that icky fishy smell or aftertaste. No gelatine. I love that I don't have to worry about dangerous levels of metal. Hard to find in stores other than the Vitamin Shoppe.
