I am of a certain age where supplements such as this are recommended. I surveyed the offerings on Amazon, and felt that Now Foods offered a pure, quality product at a low price.
Obviously, I cannot assess whether my heart health is better as a result of taking this. However, one of the other benefits attributed to fish oil is an increase in mental acuity, and I believe that I actually see some improvement here. After taking the product for a few weeks, I felt a bit more alert, and after eight months now, I can say that this increased alertness has persisted.
