The bear came in the mail on time and was wonderful for the first day, but on the second day I noticed a giant hole in the back of its head and the stuffing was coming out. Girl friend loves it. Uses it every night. Came on time, product was just how the sellar described it. awesomeI love this bear! It has a removable stomach that you microwave, and the stomach has a pretty big tag you can hang onto so you don't have to play hot potato while carrying it back to the bear. The bear is really soft and fits conveniently wherever I need him. My boyfriend has actually had him sit on his neck when it hurt. The bear is great to warm up your bed if its cold or to place strategically if you have muscle soreness or cramps (why I got it). I actually got the panda one for a gift exchange game, and everyone wanted it :)
