Frankincense was one of the gifts given to Jesus when he was a child. It is an interesting oil and is made from the resin of a Boswellia tree. To me it is a slightly tangy oil which makes it perfect to blend with Grapefruit essential oil and Bergamot essential oil. When combined, these three oils make a very uplifting scent that can be used to help avoid depressed moods. This combination makes an excellent body wash (when combined with unscented body wash) for a morning shower.
