I noticed that among Highest 5-Star Rated IFOS certified oil this product was the lowest priced high quality product. (Especially, compared to other 5-Star Rated fish oils).
I guess I have a little O.C.D. when it comes to taking supplements on daily basis. I am very leery of the claims made by the hundreds of products in the market so I did some research:

I did intensive research before deciding on Life Extension's Super Omega-3. It gives me a decent amount of quality Omega-3 at an excellent price. And I have not been disappointed. My pre-menopause hot flashes and night sweat went away after I took it for a few months. My friend said her chest pain went away after she took it for a few weeks and now her whole extended families are on Life Extension Super Omega-3 because many of them experienced better health. I came to realize that our inadequate diet caused our premature aging. If I change my car's oil every few thousand miles faithfully, why am I not giving my body the oil it needs to function properly?! Our bodies rely on food to supply Omega-3 so do yourself a favor, starting taking fish oil! Buy what ever brand you feel that's right for you but do read the label to know how much you are getting from each capsule. And by the way, my friends and I don't have the fishy smell problem with Life Extension like the other review mentioned. I did have that problem with a "shoppe" brand. Life extension foundation only offers excellent products. Omega 3 is lacking in most of the occidental diets and it's the cause of many deceases.The dose of Omega 3 in this pills is 2.5times the amount you find in cheaper brands, and life extension gives us also the benefits of consuming a good amount of olive oil with a proprietary blend of olive juice that is part of this product.
You cant go wrong with Life extension. Omega 3 is necessary for its anti clotting properties, anti inflammatory, it is found in great quantities in the brain and is associated with cartilage creation among other things. Unless that you are consuming a couple pounds per week of deep ocean fish (salmon, sardines) you are in need of omega 3 supplementation.
If you have cholesterol problems i suggest you check your analysis before you start this supplement and one month after. Remember that the best indicative of health issues is not the amount of good cholesterol, but the relation between the good and the bad.I have tried several Fish Oil products on the market and this one is probably the most unique.
The Olive Fruit Extract as well as Sesame Lignan are strongly scientifically backed in terms of their ability to facilitate EPA/DHA absorption in the body.
Typically I take my Fish Oil in the morning with breakfast along with a Multivitamin and Probiotic for synergy.
The Fish Oil is high grade but the idea of combining it with Olive Extract as well as Sesame Lignan is not common, so it gives this product even more of an edge over the competition. The price was comparable to other higher end Fish Oil capsules at Vitamin Shoppe.
Tried Carlson, Barleans, Jarrow, Nordic Naturals, GNC, BJs Brand and countless others I notice the difference in higher mental performance as well as better emotional stability (I live in NYC and lately I've had issues with impatience, anxiety and aggression particularly on public transportation and in crowded places)
I will continue taking this daily and monitor any other benefits.
Update Chose to stop taking this particular Omega supplement mostly because I got a headache for some reason while on it, could be due to the Sesame seed content. Still a great quality Omega-3 source for those who are looking for the mental benefits if you can tolerate it. Wanted to try Omega-3 so did some research. This seemed to be the best bang for the buck. After a month, I can feel the difference. Will be buying more in the near future. I didn't experience any adverse effects.
