This is a great DHA supplement. It's totally vegan (no gelatin or fish oil) and a higher dose than what you find in other vegetarian DHA supplements. it's cheaper on veganessentials, though. And available in liquid form for kids. It's great for pregnancy and for young kids.

I am allergic to fish, and cannot take fish oils, so this allows me to get Omega 3 from microalgae. My MD told me to buy this brand. The capsules are easy to swallow, and leave no after taste.

I ordered 6 bottles of this supplement from another site. I gave one bottle to my sister and opened the other one myself. What a big disappointment. In both cases, all the capsules were coated in smelly fishy oil because several of the capsules had broken and spilled their contents. Realized the problem too late so our hands stunk of fishy smell, couldn't touch anything without it smelling too and it was hard to wash smell off. Sure would never order this item again until this problem is addressed and fixed. Can't recommend it at all!
