I use this stick to help with motion sickness and to take the edge off my migraines. It doesn't make the pain dissappear but it lessens it enough that I can sleep. I've also used it to help with chemo caused nausea.

I've tried this on multiple occasions and think it smells lovely, but have yet to get any migraine relief. It should be said though that I have very serious migraines very often-so not a lot of things can penetrate my migraine. It could be worth it to somebody with less severe pain, and it's fun to leave in my makeup bag, but I don't think I would purchase again.
