I just started using this product at the end of my 2nd trimester. By this point I already had stretch marks so I can't say as to whether or not this cream prevents stretch marks. It hasn't really reduced the appearance of my existing marks that I can tell but it I will continue to use it because I like it better than other creams I've used. I like that it's non-greasy so it doesn't get all over my clothes or bedding. It also has a pleasant smell.
