I bought this product hoping that it would help with acid refulx, it did not disappoint! The taste is better than I expected, and the results were very quick. I slept better, felt better and had more energy after just one day. The instructions say to take it an hour before each meal, or before bed. I took it before one meal, and then before bed and it was perfect. Definetly worth a try if you have pH concerns, or acid reflux like me.Quickly alkalizes you body. Ph went from 5 to 7 in one day. It contains baking soda, so I don't know if its safe to take every day.Although I don't use it all the time, when I need it it really works. Especially the "before bed" suggestion. I have problems with sleep, and this seems to help a lot. Lately I have been under stress, which has put my system in an imbalance, and its acidic. Joints hurt and I'm tired all the time, and I can't stay asleep when I should. I started up with this product again, and it seems to be doing the trick. Joints aren't hurting as much, I'm gaining on energy and sleeping better. I wouldn't recommend using it all the time, just until you notice the symptoms have subsided. Using it for an extended period of time makes the body too alkaline, which brings on different problems. I've had my AlkaLime in the fridge for about 1.5 years! Worth the money. Glad its available on Amazon now.
