I used the Camphor oil, just a dab, on my worrisome fever blister in the corner of my mouth. It eased the pain immediately, and the sore was gone in a couple of days. I had purchased and tried all of the "recommended" cures, and they did not ease the pain or heal the sore. I recommend the camphor oil.

Texas has hot summers and with this comes all kinds of pests or insects. I had some camphor oil from an old purchase probably in 2004. I remembered it and added it to suntan oil or baby oil for the daytime sunshine. It is also very good to use as a body oil added as I have spoken previously to use all day. Camphor Oil is similar to Campho Phenique sold in stores. The menthol makes the body feel a warming sensation so therefore can assist with poison ivy, oak or sumac. Again, add to another oil base and the stronger for me the better therefore pestilence won't dare come around me.
