I am pretty high strung, so I bought this little tiny vile of Chamomile to calm myself using a Scent diffuser (which I cannot recommend enough) The only bad thing I can say about this is the price is really very high, but it is potent, and it really does work. With just a couple of drops you can smell it throughout the room, a couple of deep breaths in and I truly do feel more relaxed! !
