Excellent product with minimal fish taste. Lemon is present and helps tame any remnant fishiness. If you are opposed to any fish taste, although it is minimal in this product, I suggest chasing it down with a thick liquid. Fruit smoothie works well for me. I have had good experience with this product health-wise: my skin has cleared up and I am sick less often. Recommended.

When I reviewed the ingredients on Barlean's Cod Liver Oil, I discovered that the Barlean's Fish Live Oil has more percentage of the useful fatty acids. The price of the two products is almost teh same.Nordic naturals is better, better source and bottled in glass, not plastic. Energy levels way higher. I mistakenly reviewed this thinking it was Nordic. Oops
