The MRM blend is one of the best GLA/CLA/Omega Fatty Acids I've ever found. I'm not a fish eater so I take the omega acids to compensate for that fact. This particular blend offers better benefits than the rest because it's a combination of that and the CLA/GLA. It's had a noticable effect in my blood pressure and bloodwork when I visit the doctor. It's also been a real advocate in my attempts to lose weight.
The weight loss is what's really enhanced when you take the MRM with the GCB . My big problem area was my midsectionparticularly love handles around my hips. This is probably the fifth or more bottle I've had of this particular Omega, CLA, and GLA blend.It works very well based on my results. This is one of the very few supplements that I take and/or recommend.
I would also recommend taking this with the L-Carnitine MRM sells as well because it helps transport these fatty acids in the blood stream.
Another excellent product to take with this is the Amino Acid complex (BCAA+G 6000). However, Aminos are best taken in isolated form once you identify which ones you are deficient in because they all fight for the same transport mechanisms in the body (like B vitamins). Also take a B-complex with aminos for this reason. The BCAA+G 6000 product is tailored for athletes who deplete these regularly.
When I maintain my regimen I keep lean and actually lose a bit of fat without modifying my diet at all.
I take these not only to add in the EFA's I may be missing in my diet but also to add more fat into the system.
Contrary to what people believe fat is good for you and necessary in good amounts.
There are two side effects with this product:
1) Your hair and nails will grow faster and stronger.
2) As mentioned above you can get fishy burps with this if you take it without food. So take 2 with your food and drink lots of water.
Here is the schedule if you are trying to lose fat:
1) Increase the good fat in your diet a significant amount. ie..nuts, avocados, fish, Omega Fatty Acids (EFA's) etc.
2) Remove ALL the sugar in your diet :sugar, glucose, fructose, dextrose, high fructose corn syrup, and ANY derivatives.
3) Remove the carbohydrates for a period of time and even afterwards limit your intake of them severely (they are useless sugar unless you are an athlete).
4) Make sure you have adequate protein intake for your body-weight and activity level.
5) For exercise use two methods...a)High intensity interval training (cardio) and (b) circuit training with weights OR body-weight (minimal rest periods).
6) Drink water all day every day. Spring water is best (minerals). Filtered=ok but reverse-osmosis filtration has less value than tap ironically (less minerals).

Advanced tips to lose inches from your waist
I spend a lot of time in airports, including 4 hours Sunday in
St. Louis. But I always look on the positive side and try to get as
much magazine reading or article writing done as possible.
Heck, I even wrote this email to you from Gate A18 while waiting for
my flight and watching the Patriots-Colts game.
This reminds me of a time about a year ago when I was stuck in the
Newark Airport, and I was reading a copy of Men's Fitness that
contained the legendary TT success story of the Kuhn Triplets (you
can see the fat loss story on my site at

Here's some of the tips we used in our plan to help the 3 brothers
lose that last 5 pounds of fat in the last 10 days of the
transformation.
NOTE: These advanced tips were only used for 10-14 days. That's the
maximum time for this advanced plan.
1) Start your day with water and fiber. I truly believe drinking
12 cups of water over the course of the day helps you stay alert and
stops you from feeling too hungry. As for the fiber, you can get it
from fruit or nuts. Research shows starting your day with fiber
helps control your blood sugar until the afternoon.
2) Eat 1 cup of raw vegetables prior to eating your regular lunch
and dinner. This will help control your appetite.
3) Eat only almonds, raw vegetables, & fruit between meals.
4) Don't eat more than 40g of carbohydrates at any meal.
5) Don't go to bed full. Eat only a small protein snack in the
evening to control calorie intake.
6) Drink 6 cups of green tea per day (3 in AM, 3 after lunch)
Advanced Exercise Tips
1) Add 10 seconds to each work interval.
2) Add in some bodyweight circuits (10-20 minutes per day) done in
the morning or evening.
If you do your regular TT workout in the morning, then do your
bodyweight circuits after dinner. Alternatively, do the bodyweight
circuits first thing in the morning, and then do your regular
workout at lunch or later in the afternoon or evening.
3) Add one set to the first superset you do in each workout.
Use these strict tips for no more than 2 weeks before returning to
normal exercise guidelines and carbohydrate intake.
