"I ordered Roman Chamomile. The invoice read "Roman Chamomile", but the actual bottle of oil says "Chamomile." There are many different types of Chamomile essential oil I was unsure I got what I paid for. Customer Service contacted me and on the side of the bottle in small letters it read Roman Chamomile. I was happy to find out that I received what I had ordered. Fushi says they will be changing their label.
The item shipped through the US post office and a signature upon delivery was required. I had to go to the post office to pick up my item as I am not around during the day. This was an inconvenience. I was told by customer service that this problem would be rectified, but I am unsure what this means and am awaiting feedback. The product arrived well packaged and it didn't take too long to get to me. The oil seems to be of good quality, but I don't know how to qualify essential oil brands. It is working well on my tight muscles and the price can't be beat.
