I like the hair growth oil. It doesn't have an overbearing smell, but I find that it takes so long to absorb that it needs to be done at night. I suggest using a bandana or a shower cap to keep from rubbing off on your pillows or other bedding too. It takes a little while before results appear but they definitely occur. It was probably 3 weeks before I noticed any difference. It's just not at all ideal for mornings or on the go.

Instead of the oils, I take hair growth supplement pills (Hair Growth Essentials + FREE Maximum Strength Biotin Tablets) to help balance out. Not only do these promote growth, but also strength. The biotin is a standard supplement known for helping not only hair, but nail and skin as well. The strength benefits are the biggest thing. Using the pills when I'm on the go and the oil when I have extra time has really made an improvement in my overall physical appearance in my face and nails. I like being able to pick and choose what method to use so if you're looking to not only grow your hair but strengthen it as well, you could probably benefit from the same type of routine.

This is a really good product if you have natural hair. It did help tremendously with growth. Only issue is if you do any chemical process, you have to wait two weeks before and after, due to drying effects from the sulfur.

It works great after first time use. The downside about it is that it is very oily and it makes your head feel really warm from lights.

My hair personally gets dry very quickly when using different products. This product didn't leave my hair badly dried but it was a little dry. I've been using this product for 3 weeks and I'm already seeing some results. I will suggest using this product but if your hair is dry, try a natural moisturizing product such as coconut/jojoba oil a half hr before use.
