This is a good product. However, the smell is a bit overpowering. That's why perfer to use it on the weekend because i can tolerate the smell, but I don't think that my co-workers will durng the week. It's very oily, so a little bit goes a very long way.

I like this product because it keeps my hair shiny and well-conditioned. I prefer to use it as a nighttime regimen every other night. The smell is a little bit overwhelming, but in my experience my hair seems to enjoy it. This is great for my hair especially during these winter months when your hair tends to get dry and brittle and needs to be moisturize. I haven't used it long enough to know whether or not it promotes growth, but yes it does keeps my hair well conditioned,and one more thing a little goes a long way. You don't want to use too much and your hair becomes oily or greasy. Overall I rate it at 5 ****** stars.)))
