I've used this product for several years now, whenever I feel sinus pain coming on from airborne allergens. The menthol and peppermint are soothing to the tissues and helps get through work or whatever is necessary to work out the inflammation. I recently started using the nasal washes too. Perfect to put in my purse or travel kit. I bought two so I could have one with me and one at home. I recommend this product to anyone who struggles with sinus allergies and sinusitis pain. Much better than taking any drugs that make you drowsy or groggy, in my opinion.

I bought this to try as an alternative to nasal spray when I have a cold virus with stuffy nose. It does nothing to clear my nose. I've tried it on several occasions and nothing happens.

We recently moved from the west coast to the east coast and I am experiencing spring allergies like nothing I've ever felt before. A Neti Stik was unexpectedly included with the Himalayan Institute starter kit I ordered, and while I'm still trying to decide if I like to whole neti pot experience, I love the Neti Stik. It doesn't get rid of allergy symptoms, but it does offer some temporary relief to sinus pressure and congestion. I've kept it by my side almost constantly since I first used it, and the frantic searching that ensued when it slipped out of my pocket tells me I had better order a back-up or 2.
