I absolutely love these bath salts. It is a great way to start or end your day! I start the water off like a bath with these salts in the tub but take a showerthey moisturize my feet and help with the swelling & pain! (I shattered my ankle years ago and have had several surgeries which resulted in nerve damage) I have tried numerous other bath products and always come back to these. They also work great in my hot tub and do not clog the filter or pump!!!
