This product has been recommended to me by two naturopaths and I think it is the best source of EPA and HPA out there. I have used it for years as has my daughter. It is also available in child form and my grandson has had it since infancy. Lemon flavor the best as the unflavored will curl your toes. I am 75 and had to have the plain cod liver oil all my life and am so glad it is available in flavored form as sure remember having this stuff shoved at me as a kid. I am of Norwegian background so was not an option in my youth and we just stood in line to take this stuff daily. So, go for the lemon taste and have a healthy heart!
