Good quality product I found here. Omega 3 6 9 and at a great price. I'm taking this as per instructions on the bottle and its helping me. I keep my bottle in the refrigerator to keep it as fresh as possible. It is a flax seed oil. I always eat some kind of dry cereal before I take my pills so it will keep my stomach from getting upset. I do feel much better after two months of taking them and I am happier too.
update june 17 2011: i feel better and i think that this product is helping me. i take them twice a day with a small meal.
