Being 36 and male, trying to keep my hair as full as possible, I decided to try this after stumbling across information that DHA/Omega 3's/Omega 6's/Biotin could be an alternative to Rogaine. I've heard nothing but good things about this product so I decided to get it. I've tried it for a week now and have seen a diffrence in nails. they are a bit stronger and seem to chip less. my hair has grown a few inches and feels smooth. I will continue to purchase this product.
