Do your own research. There is no coconut essential oil. Plus if it were, it should be in a dark bottle to preserve it. This is coconut scented oil, which means it is synthetic. It does smell good, but if you are looking for natural, this is not it.

The smell is great, but the amount received for the money is too little. I didn't realize this till it was too late. It's only 1/8th of an ounce. I ordered 1/2 an ounce for just $3 more with free shipping.

I am allergic to perfume but miss it sometimes. About 15 years ago I worked at a Natural Food Store and was made aware of essential oils and have been using them in place of perfume since then. It is also a great way for persons such as myself to add fragrance to the bulk sensitive skin lotion I purchase at the natural food store that I frequent.
