After buying several dull, vaguely-scented sandalwood products, my wife and I decided this was the one we would stick with. It is a satisfying scent, not overwhelming, with a fresh and pleasing quality, accented slightly by the other essential fragrance oils in the mix. Scent is a personal thing, but we agree on this one, and will buy again.

I absolutely love the smell of sandalwood, and although this product is a bit pricey it sounded like it was worth it. Well, the product arrived and the oil had leaked all over the package. It was a dripping mess. No biggie, sometimes things happen in shipping. The bad part is this has an OVERWHELMING smell of ROSE. I can't even smell a slight sandalwood smell. It smells like an old lady that wears way too much nasty Avon perfume or something. The advertising for this is misleading at best. We gave it a try for one massage, and my skin STUNK like an old lady. Major waste. Although the company was excellent. I e-mailed them being upset about the leaking mess, and that it didn't smell like sandalwood AT ALL, which is why I bought it. They were great and immediately refunded my purchase. They didn't try to make me attempt to ship back the mess either. I waited to post my review, as I was hoping the company simply made a mistake in calling it "sandalwood". They didn't change the description so here is THE REAL DESCRIPTION. Good quality oil with an overpowering ROSE scent.
