I have taken these caps for approx a year or so , I wanted to make sure they were working before I wrote a review.

Needless to say Yes,that's a Big 10-4 Buddy ! I had a couple occasions to run out (prior to putting them on subscription!) And my Hot Flashes would come flooding back every time.

Actually I'm not really rating the brand but the fact that I've been using Evening Primrose for a while now to prevent hair loss due to some medicine I take. Dr. Oz suggested it on his show one day, and I've been using it since. My hair was falling out at an alarming rate and I was ready to give up this new medicine I was on.So I tried the Primrose and, after about 3weeks-1 month is slowed down my hair loss to its normal loss. Once I ran out of Primose and I thought I'd try to do without it and sure enough my hair started falling out again. Started it again and it came back. Never have I seen a vitamin to actually visibly work!
