As noted in the product label, this product is undiluted and therpeutic grade. Be aware that 1 drop goes a long way. I use it as a relaxation tool by applying 1 drop to the ball of each foot prior to an afternoon stretch.I have used Lavender Essintial Oil for years, and this is by far the best I have ever used. I would recomend this to everyone. I will be buying all of my oils form Plant Therapy (Posergy). You can't find a better oil on the market, and the Prices are low... I receive this Lavender Essential Oil as a gift, I love the smell, not too strong, and works great. I use this as one of the ingredients in my Lavender Yogurt Mask () and also I use it as sun damaged skin for my daughter after she got sunburn.It relieves some pain after she got hurt from the sunburn. Highly recommend.
